Event Registration and Cancellation Policy
REGISTRATION:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you wish to cancel your registration, you must do so at least seven business days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. If a written cancellation request is not received by seven or more business days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.
Any cancellation request received fewer than seven business days prior to a scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the President who will recommend the appropriate action to the VP of Finance and Membership.
NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY:
When you enter a New Jersey Career Center Consortium (NJC3) event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for member updates, webcasts, promotional purposes, inclusion on websites, social media, or additional purposes by NJC3 and representatives.
Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar NJC3 events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of NJC3. You release NJC3, its officers and representatives, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by NJC3 or the person or entity designated to do so by NJC3.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
