Through this workshop, participants* will:

Learn the purpose of breathing techniques in calming the mind and body

Understand the benefits of meditation in focusing the mind

Experience simple breathing and meditation tools for stress management they will be able to perform in daily life
Steff Gallante is a Mindful Educator and owner of Steff Gallante Self-Care, LLC. She guides people to take control of their well-being and success through one-on-one coaching, meditation sessions, and wellness workshops. Steff uses her expertise in mindfulness, yoga, and self-care as foundational tools for improving self-awareness, decreasing stress, and increasing focus in her clients. She has a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and has worked in the health & fitness industry for 15 years. Steff has led well-being sessions for executives, lawyers, and health care professionals and practices these techniques herself to maintain emotional and physical wellness. She is a mom of two young, very active boys and enjoys dancing and singing in her spare time.

It's free to join, but NJC3 members will be given priority registration through April 27, after which this workshop will be open up to non-members.
